Hi my name is Siobhan Skinner (everyone calls me

ree

shiv though) and I’m a Junior Psychology and Biology double major. I’m from Camp Hill, PA, just outside of Harrisburg. On campus, I serve as Vice President of the Tri Zeta sorority, mentor for the Deeply Rooted program, and am involved in PHS, Bread and Bounty, Signature, the Ski and Snowboard club, and I work as a lifeguard for the PLC! I also volunteer at the local hospital and Grove City cat shelter.

This is in Boulder, CO. I was on a hike in the Rocky Mountains!
This is in Boulder, CO. I was on a hike in the Rocky Mountains!

I joined Dr. Farone’s research project because I love being outside and witnessing God’s work in the intricate beauty of living organisms. Growing up my family was very passionate about skiing and snowboarding. I’ve travelled all over the East coast from New York all the way up to Vermont to do so. I was raised in a Christian household where there were open conversations about God and His creation daily. Since coming to Grove City, my faith has deepened and working with this research team will allow me to see God’s handiwork and grow my faith even more.
